We are looking for a highly organized Project Manager to join our remote team.

In this full-time contractor role, you will act as the central coordinator for client projects, ensuring smooth execution of plans and seamless communication across all stakeholders. While you won't create the strategic plans yourself, you'll be responsible for making sure they are implemented effectively and on schedule.

• Serve as the main point of contact for client communications and project updates.
• Coordinate project plans, track deliverables, and ensure all resources are in place.
• Facilitate and host meetings, guide the team through daily priorities, and provide clear status reports.
• Manage month-end reporting on project progress and outcomes.

• Minimum of two years of full-time experience in project management.
• High proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or similar platforms.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work MST hours (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM MST).

• Experience in branding and marketing environments.
• PMP or other project management certifications.
• Experience working collaboratively across multiple teams and functions.
• Experience implementing and managing Agile methodology

• This is a full-time contractor position.
