What We’re Looking For
At Woods, we’re looking for someone who can fill in the blanks, who can rewrite the many Lorem Ipsums and bring it all together.
As a Copywriter, you bridge the gap between strategy and execution. You help brands find and refine their voice, whether that’s on an About Us page, a website headline, or a LinkedIn post. You take weeks of research and strategy and translate it into thoughtful, fully realized copy that allows brands to express who they are and why they matter.
You’re both a creative thinker and a strategist: brimming with ideas, fueled by creativity, and grounded in intention. You can zoom out to see the big picture, then zoom back in to connect every moving part of a project through your writing.
As a Social Media Manager, you bring strategy to life through content that actually moves the needle. You plan, implement, and refine content across platforms, track and analyze performance, identify opportunities for growth, and collaborate with clients to keep content relevant and effective.
You’ll work closely with our Design Director and Senior Designer to uncover opportunities and ensure our work stays aligned with both client goals and agency ambitions, unafraid to ask the questions that make the work stronger.
The Role
This role centres on delivering strategy-aligned copy and maintaining a strong online presence through engaging, thoughtful content. Below are the core responsibilities that shape how we deliver work and support our clients.
How much you lean into each responsibility will naturally shift from project to project and phase to phase, but together they form the foundation for success.

2. Social Storytelling
• Plan, create, and manage social media content aligned with brand strategy and client goals
• Maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across all social channels
• Coordinate with clients to gather insights, approvals, and content opportunities
• Track performance metrics and engagement, identifying trends and opportunities for growth
• Collaborate closely with the Senior Designer to ensure social content is cohesive, intentional, and effective
3. Copy That Gets Found
• Write and optimize copy with SEO best practices in mind, ensuring content is discoverable without compromising clarity or brand voice
• Craft clear, compelling meta titles and meta descriptions that accurately reflect page content and improve click-through rates
• Monitor content performance and adjust copy based on insights, trends, and evolving search behaviour
How To Apply
Must Have
• C1 or C2 level English proficiency (written and verbal)
